
Menus
Whenever possible we use our own produce – game and salmon from the Estate and fruit from the Castle Gardens. The Dining Room seats up to 60 guests and 80 guests can be seated for a meal using the Large and Small Drawing Rooms.
Here is a sample Lunch or Dinner Menu prepared by the chef. Note that, once agreed upon, the whole party have the same dish for each course.
Vegetarian guests can be given alternatives.
