Farrer Cottage is one of the conversions from the former Coachman's House, Harness rooms and Stables of Blairquhan Castle. Downstairs there is a large living room with comfortable soft seating, digital TV, A fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

Upstairs there is a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower cubicle, and three bedrooms (one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms).
